Here are the requirements to apply for the Atlantic Intermediate-Skilled Program:
- possess at least a Canadian high school diploma or an equivalent
- Have at least one year of work experience in a Skill Level 0, A, or B job in the last three years
- Take language test (CLB or NCLC Level 4 in English or French)
- Have enough money to support you and your family
- valid full-time, nonseasonal job offer from an employer in Atlantic Canada for at least one year.

- The Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot
If you want to move to one of the 11 participating cities and towns in Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, or British Columbia, the Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot (RNIP) is your ticket to citizenship without a university degree.
You must adhere to the following requirements to be eligible:
- Have worked for at least a year in the last three years.
- a high school diploma, post-secondary degree, or an equivalent from Canada
- Language test (CLB/NCLC 6 for levels 0 and A; CLB/NCLC 5 for level B; and CLB/NCLC 4 for levels C and D) in English or French
- Have enough money to support you and your family
- Offer of a legitimate full-time, nonseasonal job from a company in one of the 11 participating communities.
Please note, the work experience requirements for this specific program do not apply to foreign students studying in Canada. However, if your program is shorter than two years, you must present a credential from a post-secondary institution that was at least two years in length or a master’s degree or higher.

- Agri-Food Pilot
The Agri-Food Pilot (AIP), which debuted in May 2020, aims to facilitate the immigration of skilled workers from the agricultural and animal production sectors, and the meat processing and manufacturing industries to Canada.
You must fulfil the requirements listed below to be eligible:
- possess at least one year of recent full-time, nonseasonal employment in a profession that qualifies.
- a high school diploma from Canada or its equivalent
- French or English language assessment (CLB/NCLC 4)
- have enough money to support yourself and your family
- Offer of a legitimate full-time, nonseasonal job in a qualifying occupation
How to Apply for Agri-Food Pilot
You must put together a thorough application using the instructions and forms found on the official Agri-Food Immigration Pilot website. Documents that prove that you meet all program requirements should be provided by you.
The application must be submitted in hard copy by mail to the address shown on the official website after you have finished it.
