University College London (UCL)
Originally known as London University, University College London (UCL) was established in 1826. It is the city’s first institution of higher learning. The main campus of University College London is situated in the Bloomsbury neighbourhood of central London. Additionally, it has satellite campuses in East London, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford, and Doha, Qatar.
This school is called “London’s Global University” because it has more than 143 nations represented among its students, and it has ties with more than 270 foreign institutions. It has 11 faculties, including the Faculty of Arts and Humanities, the Faculty of Brain Sciences, the Faculty of the Built Environment (The Bartlett), the Faculty of Engineering Sciences, the Faculty of Laws, the Faculty of Life Sciences, the Faculty of Mathematical and Physical Sciences, the Faculty of Medical Sciences, the Faculty of Social and Historical Sciences, and the Institute of Education.
